High Road Leadership Development Program

Hardwork
fun and family equals happy
children

The High Road program was established in 2009 as a way to bring parents together to address barriers that keep them from being involved in their children’s life. The primary barrier is their inability to effectively co-parent. Through the high road, a parent would participate in a 10-session program that would allow them to learn self-reflection with the tools that they learn along the way.

After COVID, the new normal was established. That new normal consisted of virtual programming. In an effort to adapt to the new platform the organization hosted a series of discussions with the intent of working out the Kinks before they offered their first virtual class of High Road to participants. After three months of programming and interacting with over 50 individuals and learning how to effectively use zoom they created a pilot virtual High Road cohort.
